dart Compliance Ltd has been a proactive learning system administrator since its formation in 2008, having previously been super-administrators in the CII BrokerASSESS system.

Since 2021 we have chosen to partner with established online training provider Zing 365 to deliver online training & competency solutions to our range of intermediary clients. Growing to almost 700 users in 2024, dart now write a wide range of  compliance based E-Learning courses and on-demand webinars for subscribers, assisting them to meet their learning needs and regulatory obligations.

dart Learning uses a range of learning styles, with courses created in Articulate 360's leading content management system, in Zoom webinars and Bite-Size presentation-style content.

Regulatory Competence on-demand webinars

The Financial conduct Authority rules require all personnel involved in insurance activities, and those supervising them, to complete a minimum of 15 hours of structured cpd annually.

Within that requirement, SYSC 28.2.3R mandates training in eight key areas of professional knowledge for general insurance practitioners and dart understand that having to repeat training in these same subjects year after year  can be boring and create a negative attitude to this important training activity.

To prevent this, dart's team of expert compliance consultants create new e-learning and on-demand webinars to meet the mandatory subject requirements each year, ensuring that the learning experience remains fresh and, as important, up-to-date with regulatory and market developments.
